1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices.
Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or products returned without original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. Such products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Promotional items, clearance sales, or customized products may also be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return pickup or self-shipping, depending on service availability in your location.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
Where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange for the product to be collected from your delivery address. In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Shipping charges for self-shipped returns may be reimbursed after inspection, subject to approval.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection once received at our facility. ModaFuelsShop.com reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet eligibility conditions or if supporting evidence is insufficient.
6. Refunds
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of bank details.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Replacements
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement orders will be shipped after the returned item is approved.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated under the return process.
